DELIVERY INFORMATION

We've put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. So lately we’ve upgraded our shipping system to provide better service: we managed to shorten the shipping time, especially for EU and UK customers!

1. For Europe customers, the shipping time is  5-12 business days for Standard Shipping.
2. For UK,USA customers, the shipping time is 5-12 business days for Standard Shipping.

* Please note:

• Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 1-2 business days and is NOT included in the overall "shipping time".
• You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into "My Account". Click on " My Order " to review your order status. 

ADDRESS CHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing so please make sure you enter the correct details.

Our customer service team is available  Monday through Friday 10:00am – 7pm EST. If you submit a return form on a weekend day, our customer service team will contact you the following Monday.
